Instances may occur where we acknowledge a refund to your account. Refund determinations are made individually, based on specific circumstances. All refunds are issued solely at our discretion and without accepting liability. Typically, refund notifications are found in the ADS section, but you may also be contacted directly by a BBOTHEAPP sales representative. Otherwise, you are not eligible for a refund.
Typically, the refund process takes 30 days. If payment was made by credit card, it may be quicker. If feasible, we credit the payment method on file. If not, refunds may be issued as advertising credits. For those paying for ads with monthly billing, reminders about credits to apply to outstanding invoices and for future spending will be sent.
